It’s named after Japan’s colorful koi fish that represent good fortune and luck. This sake represents the combination of vibrant colors, patterns and shimmering scales that have earned Japanese koi fish the moniker “living jewels.”

Nose: Aromas of white grape, anise, and a hint of sweet rice.
Palate: On the palate you will find citrus, white pepper, and fresh herbal notes.
Finish: A long, clean finish.
Distillery Information
Kizakura is located in the Fushimi district of Kyoto, blessed with an abundance of underground spring water “Fushimizu”, ideal for making sake. Even the place name “Fushimi” is derived from the meaning of spring water. Kizakura has remained devoted to the tradition of sake brewing, aiming to bring delicious sake to customers.
