Nose: Very fruity and complex; apple aromas with hints of vanilla and citrus.
Palate: Fresh with a strong palate, full of taste. A lingering flavour of cooked apples.
Finish: Long, warming finish.
The Toutain family has been producing Calvados on the Domaine de la Couterie in Beuzeville for 5 generations. The Calvados are crafted according to the ancestral customs and traditions that bring great repute to small producers.
