Jamie 1 is an extraordinary gem. White wines of the Parellada and Folle Blanche varieties are distilled in copper pot stills according to traditional method of double distillation. The wine spirits are then aged in casks of the finest American oak. The secret lies in a blend of excellent soleras or parent brandies, chosen from amongst the oldest at the winery.

Bodegas Torres is a historical wine growing company located in Pacs, some 4 km from Vilafranca del Penedès, where the company has its head office. Torres is the family winery with the most extensive vineyards in the Denomination of Origin of Penedès and the largest winery in Spain.
