Tonala 100% Agave Anejo Suprema Reserva is single barrel aged for a minimum of 4 years in sherry wood and used oak bourbon barrels. The Tequila is lush and complex with layers of oak, tropical fruit and spice. It is made from hand selected agave plants, Tequilana Weber, 100% estate grown in the region of Jalisco, Mexico. Smoother than a fine Cognac or Single barrel bourbon.
Nose: Medium oak wood, vanilla and raisins with faint hint of citrus.
Palate: Smooth and sweet. Distinct oak wood complemented by vanilla, raisins and honey, with a hint of melon.
Finish: Caramel and smoky notes.
