Tommy’s Gin was created in memory of Tommy Wilson, father of one of the Isle of Skye Distillers’ directors. It is made using a combination of juniper, poppy seed, blaeberry, sweet orange, coriander and liquorice root, and has been bottled at 45% ABV. Proceeds raised by Tommy’s Gin are being donated to local military charities by the Isle of Skye Distillers.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
