Tiny Rebel has put aside the beer for a moment to try its hand at gin, with help from the folks at Dà Mhìle. Of course, all that beer knowledge hasn’t completely gone out the window here, as the gins Tiny Rebel is making are inspired by its very own beers, including this one – Dutty Gin! Inspiration came from Tiny Rebel’s Dutty Vermont-styled IPA, and even features some tasty hops among the botanical selection. Bold, flavoursome stuff.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
