Detailed description

Our Florida Vodka is made with 100% north Florida Red Soft Winter Wheat. We crack the wheat open and gently cook it to release the sugars. We remove the grains in our lauter tun and only ferment the liquid. This makes for a very clean product. After fermentation, we distill a minimum of 4 times in our copper pot still. This method makes an extremely smooth Vodka, but leaves a little flavor in it so you know where it came from.

Nose: Bready notes on nose.

Palate: Hints of wheat flavor.

Finish: Clean, dry finish.

The Timber Creek Distillery is located on a family farm just north of Destin, Florida. Our vision is to take the best local fruits and grains from the Florida Panhandle and turn them into the finest Craft Spirits.

Timber Creek Distilling was formed by Camden Ford and Aaron Barnes, neighbors and friends here in Destin, Florida. Cam and Aaron share the same vision, to take advantage of the best local fruits and grains here in Northwest Florida to make some great local spirits.
