The Wrecking Coast folks in Cornwall created Cornerstone Gin for Tom Brown and his Cornerstone restaurant, swapping out water for cloudy apple juice in the still! The botanicals include juniper, coriander, rowan berries, rosehip and a quartet of citrus – orange, lemon, lime and pink grapefruit. Incredibly refreshing and autumnal, we reckon this will make an excellent Bramble cocktail…
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
