The Crow Man’s Gin is the flagship expression from the Kelso Gin Co. in the Scottish Borders. They use a combination of juniper, cinnamon, angelica and a selection of secret botanicals to create this tipple. The name is inspired by the distinctive (and frankly rather scary) outfit worn by plague doctors which originated in the 17th Century. Thankfully, this fashion choice has fallen by the wayside for most doctors these days.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
