A festive gin from the family-run Tappers distillery based on the Wirral Peninsula, Figgy Pudding Gin is a seasonal limited-edition creation. Based on the eponymous dessert, it packs in figs, raisins, and sultanas among the botanicals, using the traditional method of cold-compounding (AKA infusing) – get ready to craft some cockle-warming cocktails with this!
Nose: Heavy figs, juniper.
Palate: Caramelised fruit, citrus, christmas cake.
Finish: A touch of spice, rich, dry.
