Tahoe Blue blends distillates from corn grain (25%), wine grapes (25%), and sugarcane (50%) to achieve a distinctive flavor. Tahoe blue distills each of the three ingredients separately…and then blends and distills them two more times. This process provides their desired aim of “maximum smoothness” with a “slightly fruity finish” comes from. It is named for the famous resort Lake Tahoe and a percentage of profits are donated to the lake’s preservation.
