The folks at the Cooper King Distillery have captured this passion in its Summertide Gin, made in collaboration with That Boutique-y Gin Company! Immensely bright and zesty, this stuff is the sort of thing you’ll want to enjoy in a G&T out in the garden – just like Cooper King’s Chris and Abby are doing on the label.
Nose: Fragrant and zesty citrus jumps straight from the glass, with a hint of creamy lemon curd supported by piney juniper, orange pith and an undertone of aromatic spice, namely cardamom.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Lingering finish.
