Here we have the 2022 release of Suck it Up Gin, originally created by Defiance Distillery in 2020 as a nod to the various lockdown rules imposed on the British public during the pandemic, and support for the struggling hospitality industry.

Nose: Crisp citrus peels and candied zest, hints of cardamom, earthen juniper.

Palate: The palate is very powerful and complex

Finish: Peppery spice on the finish.

Defiance Distillery was launched by Paul Sheerin in 2017, an outlet for his passion for food and drink which started in his 20s while traveling the world.
