This here is the Double Oak expression, having spent 14 months in both Scotch whisky barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. It was bottled at cask strength, and at 53% ABV it is packed full of roasted agave flavour and heaps of cask influence.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
