Imported from Russia, birthplace of vodka, Stolichnaya is the definitive vodka. A sweet vodka from Stoli, dosed with honey to form one part of their ‘Hot and Sticki’ dual release. They were launched in 2012 to celebrate 50 years of Stolichnaya flavored vodkas.
Nose: Full-bodied aromas. Delightful and refreshing.
Palate: The palate is very powerful and complex. Smooth texture.
Finish: Impressive length on the finish, very unique and complex.
Stolichnaya has its origins in the Moscow State Wine Warehouse No. 1 which was opened in 1901 by the authorities to ensure higher quality vodka production. There is confusion about the actual birth date of Stolichnaya vodka. The earliest confirmed production date is 1948, but the label design clearly predates 1946.
