This collection is true to St-Rémy’s heritage of distilling, aging and crafting elegant French grape brandies since 1886. Seven editions have been launched so far. Each of these rare expressions offer a unique tasting experience, a distinctive exploration of the encounter between French brandies and wood. “FINISHED IN ISLAY SCOTCH WHISKY CASKS“, exclusively launched at Dubai Duty Free, is matured in oak casks previously used for Islay single malt Scotch whisky. This expression is sweet with a gentle peatiness and hints of barley and citrus on the nose.
