Moonshine from those folks over at the St Patrick’s Distillery in Cork! It’s distilled from malted barley and potato in small batches, based on a traditional recipe from the foothills of the incredible Croagh Patrick mountain in County Mayo. A little bit of history in a bottle.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
