This unique process yields a stunning complexity in flavour and well-rounded mouth feel. It is made with caraway, dill, St John’s wort and fresh citrus peel.
All of the Spirit of Hven products are handcrafted in very small batches on the island of Hven in the Öresund Strait, between Denmark and Sweden.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
