Crafted in the London dry style, this gin is made at the family-run distillery in small batches. The list of botanicals includes juniper, sweet orange, lemon, butterfly pea flower, and ? last but not least ? lavender from Hidden Spring Lavender and Alpaca farm in New Jersey.
Nose: The nose is greeted by floral aromas of lavender, along with pine forest and bright citrusy notes.
Palate: The palate is bright and nectary with prominent juniper, sweet orange, and a balance of spicy and herbal notes.
Finish: The finish is floral, crisp, and refreshing.
