Say hello to Soto Sake, with Soto meaning ‘Outside’ in Japanese, it’s suitably inspired by the natural world. It blends together finely polished rice along with mountain water from the Niigata prefecture for a crisp, subtly fruity sake. We’re big fans of the bold, modern bottle too, and it’s even topped with a square of black Japanese denim!
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
