From Snowdonia Spirits comes a truly Welsh gin. What’s a Love Spoon? Well, they’re a little wooden spoon, and traditionally centuries ago they were hand-carved and given by a suitor to their love interest. Today the tradition still remains somewhat, as Love Spoons are still given as romantic gifts on St Dwynwens Day, (which is on 25 January, whack it in your diaries), the Welsh patron saint of Lovers. If you can’t get your hands on a Love Spoon, we’re sure this bottle of fruity gin will do just fine.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
