Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered Bourbon Whiskey
Has a balanced oak nose with notes of hazelnut, coffee, and dark chocolate. The initial taste is sweet notes on the front of the tongue followed by tastes of shortbread and black tea. Extremely smooth and thick balanced mouthfeel finishing with rye spice notes of white pepper on the middle and back of the tongue from the younger vintage and high rye mash bill.

When it comes to the Alter Ego Bourbon, we changed our finishing process to include two different types of Sherry Butts (PX & Oloroso), Cognac Puncheons, and a long resting period in ex-Cognac Foeders to finish the marrying process.
