Description
Detailed Description
Sing Gin hails from Yorkshire, aiming to capture the spirit of the Yorkshire Dales in a bottle. It’s named after Kettlesing, the village where the family behind the gin live. The seven botanicals include juniper, mint, orange peel and, rather unusually, flax, which was chosen for its historical significance as an old Yorkshire crop. Botanicals are hand-crushed, and the base spirit is produced from grapes, which was traditionally used in juniper spirits in the 14th century. A smooth gin which manages to balance historical and contemporary components.
