A wonderfully warming Spiced expression from the Shire Gin range from The Shropshire Distillery. A blend of cassia, cubeb, ginger and cardamom liven up the spirit alongside citrus and juniper. Give it a go with tonic water and a ginger garnish, or even a splash of ginger syrup if you have some to hand for a spicy serve!
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
