Only fans of Guys and Dolls will understand why a company called The Lickerish Tooth would produce a gin called Sheep’s Eye, but we do rather like this quirky creation. The plague doctors over at the Licker Mill use 10 botanicals including juniper, celery seed, black pepper and thyme, infusing them in spirit before redistilling. For a gin and tonic, they suggest a lime wedge garnish.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
