Giggle in the Ginnel was originally produced by the husband and wife team at Shed 1 Distillery for a party they had in the ginnel! Ginnel you ask? Why, this is what the folks in the North of England call an alleyway, and there is a party-sized ginnel next to the Shed 1 family home. A gin tunnel if you will. Boasting an array of botanicals including star anise, angelica, and elderberry, this has a distinctive earthy character which is most enjoyable and intriguing!
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: Distinctly earthen notes of dried anise, juniper, and boldly woody angelica cross with gently floral, fruity zest.
Finish: Lingering finish.
