This small batch vodka is made by creating a variety of botanical spirits featuring the likes of wasabi, galangal, yuzu, bergamot, and sea buckthorn, as well as five hand-foraged organic British seaweeds. Each is then separately vacuum distilled to extract and retain as much flavour as possible, before being blended together and seasoned with a pinch of Dorset sea salt to re-mineralise the water with which the spirit is cut.
Nose: Delicate and impressive depth on the nose.
Palate: Lots of citrus and aromatic, earthy spice is joined by a pleasant coastal salinty.
Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.
