Please note: Due to the nature of fresh rhubarb being used, some fine sediment may occur over time in the bottle. Not to worry, there’s nothing wrong with the gin, either pour it off or simply shake it in!
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
