Shady Knoll Orchards & Distillery is a family-owned and operated craft distillery in western Michigan. They produce a range of traditional and unique craft spirits, including a unique Pommeau. The Shady Knoll Pommeau is a blend of the distillery’s own apple brandy and their own unfiltered apple cider. The blend is then aged in French oak barrels to create a sweet, earthy, and complex spirit. It has a medium-bodied flavor profile with notes of apple, caramel, and oak. The finish is smooth and slightly sweet.
