A gin from the wonderful Seven Three Distilling in New Orleans! It’s dubbed Gentilly Gin, named after the group of neighbourhoods in the city. Its 17 botanical list was inspired by old faith healers known as a traiteur, with botanicals such as elderflower and persimmon that you may have found in a Cajun medicine bag. If you’re feeling fancy, definitely give this a go in a Gimlet.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
