An excellent Italian gin from the Selvatiq range, featuring a selection of botanicals foraged from Valtellina in the Italian Alps. Deliciously floral and herbaceous, it makes a terrific Negroni, and will handily stand up to any tonic or soda water you pair it with.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
