This is the reposado expression from the Se Busca Mezcal range, which was named as a tribute to the women who fought in the Mexican Revolution for a new constitution. The oak has helped to develop the spirit’s flavour profile, introducing vanilla and spice to the earthy agave.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
