Nose: Dry bouquet, hints of lime, citrus, cucumber salt, and savory herbs.
Palate: Dry and sweet at the same time somehow, with lime, citrus, leather and dry smoke, almost with a tannic mouth feel.
Finish: Slightly bitter, leafy finish.
