The Atlantic Strength edition of Scilly Spirit’s Island Gin has been bottled up at a bolstered ABV of 57%, meaning it’ll certainly stand out in your cocktails, even while using less of it! This top gin is made on the Isles of Scilly just off the Cornish coast, with sustainability being a focus for the distillery – they compost used botanicals, and encourage folks to reuse the bottles the gin comes in. Which shouldn’t be too hard, considering they are very zazzy bottles indeed.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
