A deliciously flavoursome Cognac here from Sazerac de Forge & Fils. This expression features eaux de vie made from some rare and old grape varieties, inspired by the expressions produced by Bernard Sazerac de Forge many, many moons ago. Big helpings of fruit notes to dig into here, along with wafts of vanilla and fragrant florals.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Apricot jam, lavender and orchid fragrance, macadamia nut, walnut loaf, cinnamon sticks, nectarine, orange, and mango.
Finish: Finish is very long and very satisfying.
