The Sapling Spirits team has created the cracking Climate Positive Gin! This London dry gin is made with organic regenerative wheat from their pals at Wildfarmed, who use farming methods that allow the land to suck up CO2 and restore it to a natural carbon sink, and the Sapling team also plant a tree for each bottle sold. It’s also simply a fab gin in its own right, with plenty of earthy, zesty notes to be had.

Nose: Citrus peels, juniper, refreshingly zesty, and hints of rosemary for a herbaceous finish.

Palate: This is extremely refined and very balanced.

Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.
