From the Santa Grau range comes the Itirapuã Cachaça, named for a São Paulo-based sugarcane mill that dates back to 1860. Matured in a combination of oak and jequitibá barrels, resulting in subtle spicy oak elements developing alongside the ripe fruit notes.
