Santa de Piedra is a jovel mezcal made in San Bartolo Yautepec using espadin agave. Not only is it tasty, the bottles are also made using recycled glass – which is always cool.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
