From the Yorkshire Dales Distillery comes Sámara Gin, distilled in English but inspired by Costa Rica! It boasts hibiscus, rose, honey, cardamom and elderflower in its list of botanicals, which are four times vapour-infused. The result is a rather floral spirit which we reckon would shine just as well in a French 75 as in a classic G&T.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
