A mezcal made from a family-owned distillery in the heart of Oaxaca, Mexico. This mezcal is made from 100% agave, a type of succulent plant that grows in the region. The distillery was founded in 1875 by three brothers who took their name from the Spanish word for “salvation.”
Nose: Impressive depth on the nose.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
