Cachaca Salinissima – matured (blend up to 10 years) – 42% – 700 ml. Salinas in Minas Gerais is the beating heart of the cachaça industry, especially known for its silky cachaça matured in balsamo casks. Salinissima is the perfect example of this. Suitable for cocktails or pure.

Nose: A much fruitier, livelier nose.

Palate: The palate is a more floral, grassy, herbaceous flavor.

Finish: Smooth fruit finish.
