From the Salcombe Distilling Co.’s New London Light range of non-alcoholic spirits comes Aegean Sky, inspired by Mediterranean flavours and golden horizons. The stars of the show here are the bold citrus notes as well as the savoury olive elements – its botanicals include the likes of kumquat, bergamot, rosemary, olive, blood orange, rosehip, and more. Loads of flavour to savoury here, perfect for your alcohol-free serves. It does particularly well with tonic, or in a Spritz.
