This rum spirit drink takes a base of RumJava, and has infused it with cinnamon, hazelnut and Java’Mon Cinnamon Bay Coffee to create Cinna’Mon Bay! Bottled at 35% ABV it’s suitably toasty and spicy, and we reckon a splash of ginger beer wouldn’t go amiss.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
