An independent bottling of Ruadh Maor single malt – the peated offering produced at Glenturret! Distilled in 2013, the whisky spent nine years maturing in a single bourbon cask that was cracked open by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. in 2022. A total of 360 bottles join The Cooper’s Choice Collection.

Nose Wood smoke, nutmeg, toasted oak and buttered crumpets.
Palate Grilled apricot and syrupy pastries balance hearty peat and peppery spice.
Finish Rich, smoked meat, charred oak, and burnt caramel.
Distillery Information
The distillery was originally known as “Hosh” and was originally owned by the Drummond family. “Hosh” comes from the Gaelic “cois”, meaning foot. It was taken over by John McCallum in 1845, until 1875 when Thomas Stewart took it over and renamed it Glenturret in its centenary year.
