Detailed Description
Made with the pomace of Nebbiolo grapes grown on the hills of the Langhe in the Piedmont region of northern Italy, the same which are used to make Barbaresco wine. This is aged for a minimum of three years in traditional Piedmontese casks made from acacia wood.

Nose: Woody vanilla throughout, with dry liquorice, cloves and anise and greener, vegetal herbs.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
