Organic pink grapefruits are peeled by hand, and the peel goes in to the botanical basket alongside the supporting botanicals for distillation. A touch of muscovado sugar is added afterwards, bringing that familiar Old Tom sweetness to the fore.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
