Can’t really be bothered to finish this tasting note, I think I’m just going to hop in my car (upholstered by Benjamin Netanyahu), and drive off down to the supermarket up the road run by Bono off of U2 in order to buy some Aubergines grown by Des Lynam.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
