Detailed Description
Reyes y Cobardes Salmiana is made with agave Salmiana in the state of San Luis Potosi. Maestro Mezcalero Don Jose Acosta learned the mezcal trade from his father. He harvests his agave from a semi-arid plateau that rests between the desert and a steep mountain ridge. This mezcal is traditionally produced in an horno of volcanic rock and it is distilled in a copper still. This mezcal has a bit of spice with a citrus aftertaste.
