Detailed Description
The second release from Rémy Martin Carte Blanche à Baptiste Loiseau, created by cellar master Baptiste Loiseau when given “Carte Blanche” to produced an expression from the house’s extensive stocks. This particular edition was made with eaux-de-vie from the Merpins Cellar, all of which were aged for at least 27 years before making their way into the blend. A release of 9,650 bottles.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
