A sour cherry eau-de-vie made at the Austrian state-of-the-art distillery Reisetbauer. At least 10.5 kg of fresh fruit is needed to produce one litre of the brandy. First, fully ripe cherries are crushed into a mash and filled into stainless steel tanks.

Nose: Great elegance and charm on the nose.
Palate: Fruity notes and hints of bitter chocolate and lemon zest.
Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.
Distillery Information
Hans Reisetbauer planned the new distillery plant himself in cooperation with Carl GmbH and had it built according to his wishes and specifications. Within a month, the old plant was completely dismantled, partially replaced, expanded and rebuilt.
